Driving Directions To ADVENTIST REHABILITATION HOSPITAL of MARYLAND 

From I-270 North, going South: take Exit 8 (Shady Grove Rd.).
Turn RIGHT onto Shady Grove Rd. at traffic light.
Then at 5th traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Medical Center Way.  
At 4-way stop, turn LEFT onto Medical Center Dr. 
Go past the entrance we used to take to Shady Grove Hospital's  Main Entrance & Visitors' Parking on right.
Continue just 1/2 block further  & turn RIGHT.
At this driveway, the sign on the left will be for Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital of Maryland Parking: 
Turn left....to park in front of the Rehab Hospital   Or you can park along Medical Center Dr.  

Directions INSIDE the Rehab Hospital :
Go to the Receptionist, identify yourself as a Sugarloafer walking club member. She will direct you to our meeting room (to your left).
